Negotiations may be held in a smaller hall with a capacity of 30 seats. In case of arranging conferences there is a 15% room rate discount. In 1992 a joint Dutch-Russian enterprise Russ Hotel was established. The building has been repaired, its technical systems have been changed completely since that time. Stage-by-stage reconstruction which began in 2000, has covered not only the building interior and exterior, but also the adjacent territory.
